More than 50,000 customers have entrusted their memories to Innocence Éditions. Here is what they honestly have to say.
I have ordered several photo books from Innocence and I am really happy with the result! The paper has a beautiful texture, the binding is beautifully finished and the colours are 100% true to life. On top of that, creating on the website is simple and very intuitive. They are real decorative objects that you love to display and leaf through! Special mention for the care taken with the packaging and the French manufacturing. I recommend them without hesitation!
Like every year, I order my love anniversary books from Innocence and I'm never disappointed (maybe the design has changed a little, with the text on the book not following the same format over the years, but I make do :)) the delivery, the quality and the service are all there! And a great platform for creating the books!
I enjoyed putting my photo book together. The app is easy to use.
Customer service was able to help me find a solution when I made a mistake while saving.
It's so beautiful you want to buy everything!!
A very responsive, very human company, and excellent customer service after a delivery mistake, I have rarely seen anyone so understanding!
Thank you!
I have already placed several orders on the Innocence website and I have always been satisfied: fast shipping, quality albums. I recommend them without hesitation!
A very pretty, high-quality notebook. It's my second one; the first was a gift. I use it to stick in souvenirs of trips, visits and more. The covers are very beautiful. Fast, careful shipping. I am very happy with my purchase.
