ORDER
You can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account, or please feel free to email our customer care team at support@innocence-paris.com
Absolutely! If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. They will assist you in canceling the order.
If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@innocence-paris.com with your order number and the correct address so we can try to rectify it before the order leaves our workshop.
If you need an invoice with VAT, please send an email to support@innocence-paris.com with your request and be sure to mention your order number.
Unfortunately not. Items from the same order will be shipped to the address provided during payment. If you want to ship items separately, you'll need to place separate orders for each shipping address.
PAYMENT
To order a product on our website, you can currently pay with: VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
If your order doesn't go through, it may be due to an error in entering your card information. If you receive a "Payment Failed" message, it may have been blocked by your bank. In this case, please contact your bank for more information. Feel free to contact us at support@innocence-paris.com for any questions.
You can enter the code during checkout in the dedicated field.
Once your order is validated, unfortunately, we cannot modify it. Our support cannot add a forgotten promo code.
MY ACCOUNT
If you're having trouble logging into your account because you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, and we'll send you an email to reset your password. If you still have difficulties logging in, it may be due to a typo in your email during registration or entering the wrong password. If issues persist, please send an email to support@innocence-paris.com.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
If you haven't received your order, check the "Orders" section of your Innocence account to verify its status. If it's marked as "Shipped," your package has left our workshop and is on its way to you. If you live in a residence or building, check with your caretaker and/or neighbors if they received your package. If in doubt, contact us via support@innocence-paris.com, mentioning your order number.
We apologize for your order arriving damaged. Despite our careful packaging, some packages may be mishandled by carriers. Contact us at support@innocence-paris.comwith your order number, details of the damage, and attach photos of the damage and the shipping label.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and number of products ordered and the speed of delivery. Each order is shipped to a single shipping address.
For countries outside the European Union, customs fees or taxes may be charged. Innocence is not aware of the amount of these taxes and cannot be held responsible for them. Please inform yourself about applicable tax laws.
If the received product doesn't suit you, you have 14 days from the reception date to notify our customer service at support@innocence-paris.com. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and will not be reimbursed. Returned products should be sent in their original packaging and in a new condition.

Our notebooks have soft, non-rigid cover pages.
The fabric covers of our notebooks slip on like a cover. You can remove and replace them as you wish.
