We make it in our workshop
Most of our creations are made in 3 working days (up to 5 for some photo books). Decorative posters ship within 24 hours.

Every order is carefully protected for the journey. Our photo books are delivered in a cotton pouch, ready to be given as a gift.
International orders
We ship from France to more than 50 countries. Customs duties and import taxes charged in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Your shipping questions
When will I receive my order?
Add the production time (3 working days on average, up to 5 for some photo books, 24 hours for decorative posters) to the delivery time of the option you choose. The estimated delivery date is shown when you place your order.
How much does shipping cost?
The price depends on the destination and the weight of your parcel: in mainland France, from €5 with Colissimo and from €9 with Chronopost express. The exact amount is always shown before payment.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to more than 50 countries in Europe and worldwide. See the table above for rates and times by destination.
Are customs duties included?
No. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import fees and taxes charged in the destination country are paid by the recipient. If in doubt, check with your local customs office.
My parcel arrived damaged, what should I do?
Write to us within 14 days of receipt at support@innocence-editions.com with your order number and a photo. We reprint your order free of charge or refund you.
Can I return a product?
Non-personalised products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition. Personalised creations are made just for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Read our returns policy.
