I'm late: what can I still give?

The orange blossom fragrance or the Bois précieux candle, shipped within 24 hours when ordered on their own, or the gift card from €50, sent by email.

How long does it take to receive my album?

An order placed before 10:50 pm is processed the next day. Production takes 3 working days, then delivery takes 48 hours, or 24 hours with express delivery. We do not ship at weekends or on public holidays.

Where are the albums made?

All Innocence albums are printed in France on FSC-certified paper, then checked by hand before they are shipped.

What if my album has a printing defect?

Send a photo of the defect and your order number to support@innocence-editions.com and we will reprint your album.
