What size is the notebook?
Our notebooks measure 15.5 × 21.5 cm and contain 176 lined pages of 120 g/m² natural textured paper.
Are the pages lined?
Yes, every page is lined, for writing, journaling or taking notes.
Which pens work on the paper?
The thick 120 g/m² paper works well with ballpoint, gel and felt-tip pens, as well as pencils.
Can I remove the fabric cover?
Yes. The fabric cover slips on and off easily, so you can keep it and change the notebook inside.
How does the refill work?
When your notebook is full, buy a refill: slide the used notebook out of the fabric cover and slip the new one in. Refills are sold separately.
Where are the notebooks made?
Our notebooks are made in France, with a fabric cover, an organic cotton label and gilded edges.
How fast is my order shipped?
Orders placed before 10:50 pm are processed the next working day and shipped within 1 working day. Delivery then takes 48 hours with standard shipping in France, or 24 hours with express shipping. If your order also contains a personalised product, everything is shipped together once your creation is made.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free in France for orders over €70. For other destinations, and for orders below that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside France?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe with standard shipping. Outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply on delivery.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Non-personalised products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Write to support@innocence-editions.com to start your return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at support@innocence-editions.com with your order number and a few photos. We will replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.
