How much does a baby photo album cost?

An Innocence baby photo album costs from €28 for an A5 softcover mini album, from €38 for a hardcover or die-cut album and from €55 for a layflat album. Delivery is free in France from €70.

What should I put in a baby photo album?

The best baby albums follow the order of time. Five chapters are enough:

  • Before (the pregnancy): a scan, the bump growing month after month, the nursery getting ready.
  • Day one (the maternity ward): the first photos, the tiny hand, the birth bracelet, meeting brothers and sisters.
  • Week one (coming home): the car seat, the crib, the first family visits.
  • Months 1 to 11 (the first times): first smile, first bath, first holidays. One photo a month in the same spot shows how they grow.
  • 1 year (the first birthday): the cake, the candle and one last spread to close the first year.

Tip: write the time of birth, the weight, the length and the name of the maternity ward on the first page. In ten years, it will be the most-read page.

Which baby photo album should I choose?

It depends on how you will use it. To tell the whole first year, choose the hardcover album: it is the sturdiest and lasts for years. For maternity photos printed large, the layflat album opens completely flat, with no fold in the middle. To give to the grandparents, the A5 mini album from €28 is the simplest gift. Every album is personalised page by page.

Girl or boy: which cover for a baby album?

Every cover works for a girl or a boy. Choose one of the covers drawn by our designers, in soft or bold colours, then add the first name, the date of birth and a dedication. You see the result in the editor before you order.

How long does it take to receive my album?

An order placed before 10:50 pm is processed the next day. Production takes 3 working days, then delivery takes 48 hours, or 24 hours with express delivery. We do not ship at weekends or on public holidays.

Softcover or hardcover for a baby album?

The hardcover album lasts the longest: it is the right choice for the first year, a book you will open again and again. The softcover and the A5 mini album are lighter and more affordable, perfect to give in several copies.

Can I add the baby's name and date of birth?

Yes. The cover and every page accept text: name, date and time of birth, weight, or a few words for later.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Our editor works in your browser, on phone and computer alike. Upload your photos, let the editor fill the pages automatically, then adjust.

What if my album has a printing defect?

Send a photo of the defect and your order number to support@innocence-editions.com and we will reprint your album.

Where are the albums made?

All Innocence albums are printed in France on FSC-certified paper, then checked by hand before they are shipped.
