For delivery in mainland France, order by 14 December for frames, posters and prints, and by 10 December for layflat and die-cut albums. The fragrance ordered on its own ships within 24 hours until 18 December, and the gift card is sent by email until 24 December. For other countries, the delivery time is shown at checkout.

I'm late: what can I still give her?

The orange blossom fragrance, which ships within 24 hours when ordered on its own, or the gift card, sent by email in a few minutes. She chooses her album or her poster.

What gift for a woman on a small budget?

From €12, a set of prints of your best photos; for €26, a floral photo poster; for €28, a small A5 album.

Can I send the gift straight to her?

Yes. Enter her name and address as the delivery address at checkout. Albums arrive in their cotton pouch, ready to give.

How long does it take to receive my album?

An order placed before 10:50 pm is processed the next day. Production takes 3 working days, then delivery takes 48 hours, or 24 hours with express delivery. We do not ship at weekends or on public holidays.

Where are the albums made?

All Innocence albums are printed in France on FSC-certified paper, then checked by hand before they are shipped.

What if my album has a printing defect?

Send a photo of the defect and your order number to support@innocence-editions.com and we will reprint your album.
