Made in our workshop
Your creation is made in 3 working days on average (up to 5 for some albums). Posters ship within 24 hours.
Shipped
As soon as your parcel leaves, we send you an e-mail with your tracking number.
Delivered
Colissimo delivers in 2–3 days in mainland France, Chronopost express in 24 hours. Delivery times abroad depend on the destination.

Your questions about tracking
I haven't received my shipping e-mail.
Your order is probably still in our workshop: most creations take 3 working days to make, up to 5 for some albums. The e-mail with your tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel leaves. Also check your spam folder.
Where do I find my tracking number?
In the shipping confirmation e-mail, with a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also enter it above.
My tracking hasn't changed for several days.
Carriers sometimes update their tracking with a delay, especially for international parcels. If nothing changes after 5 working days, write to us at support@innocence-editions.com with your order number: we will contact the carrier.
Can I change my delivery address?
Write to us as quickly as possible at support@innocence-editions.com: we can change it as long as your order hasn't left our workshop.
My parcel arrived damaged.
Write to us within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo: we will reprint your order free of charge or refund you.
