Until when can I order to receive my gift before Christmas?

For delivery in mainland France, order by Monday 14 December for albums, calendars, prints and frames, and by Thursday 10 December for layflat and die-cut albums. The photo advent calendar should be ordered by 22 November to be opened on 1 December. The gift card is sent by email until 24 December.

What is an original Christmas gift idea?

A gift made with their own memories: an advent calendar with 24 photos of the year, an album that tells the last twelve months, or a 2027 calendar with one photo a month. Nobody else will have the same one.

Which personalised Christmas gift for grandparents?

The photo wall calendar is the one they keep longest: it stays in sight for a whole year. A year album completes it for all the photos that do not fit in twelve months.

How does the photo advent calendar work?

You choose 24 photos. You receive 24 prints, each with a Christmas illustration on the back, to hang in the shape of a tree. Every morning you turn over the card of the day; on 24 December the tree is complete. Keep your most beautiful photo for the last day.

Which photo gift for under €30?

Classic prints from €12, the advent calendar poster at €22, the 24-print advent calendar at €24 or a mini A5 album at €28.

How does the gift card work?

Choose the amount, from €50. The card is sent by email with your personal message and is valid for one year on the whole site: albums, calendars, prints, notebooks and candles.

Photo calendar or year album: which one should I give?

The calendar is looked at every day, one photo a month. The album is leafed through and kept, with dozens of photos and the story of the year. For grandparents, many customers give both.

Can I have the gift delivered directly to the person?

Yes. At checkout, simply enter their name and address as the delivery address.

How long does it take to receive my album?

An order placed before 10:50 pm is processed the next day. Production takes 3 working days, then delivery takes 48 hours, or 24 hours with express delivery. We do not ship at weekends or on public holidays.

Where are the albums made?

All Innocence albums are printed in France on FSC-certified paper, then checked by hand before they are shipped.

What if my album has a printing defect?

Send a photo of the defect and your order number to support@innocence-editions.com and we will reprint your album.
